Led by piper Patrick Ross, a procession of Royal Canadian Mounted Police personnel and distinguished guests make their way to the memorial site of constables Norman Campbell and Spencer Heathcote, who perished near the Stikine River in 1901. A headstone commemorating their service and sacrifice was erected at the Wrangell cemetery on Tuesday.
