Participants make time in the second annual July 4 boat race, which featured speedy slalom courses, a rooster tail competition, and a straightaway burn past the city dock. Winner of the rooster tail and 21-and-under jet boat slalom, David Gillen was also declared the "people's choice" for all-around racer.
