James T. Goldsbury, 54, appeared before Magistrate Chris Ellis on October 17, 2011 and was found guilty of assault in the fourth degree, fear of injury and is ordered to serve 60 days in jail. The defendant must pay $100 in fines and surcharges. The defendant must contact AICS and complete screening, evaluation and complete recommended program which may include long term residential treatment of 90 days or more and pay all costs. The defendant is placed on probation for three years. The defendant was also found to have violated two previous probations and is ordered to serve 150 days consecutive to time imposed in previous order.
