Alaska Wildlife Troopers Wrangell Post contacted Charlie Ercolin, age 56, of Wrangell, in Eastern Passage. Investigation revealed Ercolin retained undersized personal use Dungeness crab while he was personal-use fishing. Ercolin was cited into Wrangell District Court with a bail amount of $130.00.
