On October 29, Wrangell Magistrate Chris Ellis adjudicated the following case:

Thomas Evenson, 69, was found guilty of Disorderly Conduct – Create Hazard Condition. He was ordered to pay $50 in fines and surcharges and placed on probation for a year. A charge of Disorderly Conduct – Expose Buttocks was dismissed.
