the prosecution against Mikel E. Smith, 15, for Driving Without a Valid License. All charges in

the case have been disposed,

and any bond posted not

ordered forfeited has been exonerated.

Karl J. Sjodin, 85, appeared before Judicial Officer Chris Ellis on the charge of Driving Under the Influence, a Class A misdemeanor.
