David C. Wolten, 25, appeared before First District Court Magistrate Judge Chris Ellis on the charges of Criminal Trespass 1 – in a Dwelling, and Criminal Mischief 5 – Damage under $50. The defendant pleaded guilty to both counts, and as part of his agreement six additional charges were dropped. Wolten was found guilty of the offenses and ordered to serve 30 days with 15 suspended, with credit for up to 120 verified hours of community work service if completed by November 15.
