A pigeon sits amid Tuesday morning's soupy fog. Lingering late into the morning, the low visibility conditions disrupted morning air traffic, with advisories going out for boat travelers as well. More weather warnings are on the way, with the National Weather Service predicting strong winds and heavy rains crossing over the Southeast Panhandle from the Gulf of Alaska today. Residents and travelers are advised to expect significant disruption to aviation and marine travel.
