He loved deer hunting, trout fishing and especially duck hunting at his favorite place "the Duck Shack." He also enjoyed bowling and golf, but the thing he enjoyed the most was spending time with his family.

Mike is survived by his wife Carol, children Tammy and her husband Mike, Jeni and her husband Steve, Chuck and his wife Ava, grandchildren Tammy and her husband Mike, Jeni and her husband Steve, Chuck and his wife Ava, grandchildren Jaron and his wife Marissa, Megan, Tori, Kayla and Jacen, sisters Suzy and Dodie as well as several nieces and nephews.
