Mya D. DeLong, 32, appeared before First District Court Judicial Officer Chris Ellis on the charge of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or a Controlled Substance. The defendant pleaded guilty to the count and was ordered to serve 30 days on monitoring with 27 suspended. DeLong was ordered to pay $1,791 in fines and surcharges with $100 suspended, enroll in and complete a treatment program, and to surrender her license for a period of 90 days.
