Trevor Kellar begins stenciling "Net Recycling" onto the new receptacle for discarded gill nets Friday. Located at Wrangell's landfill, the bin is part of a new recycling program through WCA-IGAP that will allow fishermen to discard nets properly at no cost to themselves.
