A colony of Steller sea lions jostle around on the rocks of Liesnoi Island on Saturday. The malodorous group returns each spring to feed on the fishy bounty of the Stikine River. When sea lions are in the water, their groups are referred to as "rafts," while a breeding group is called a "rookery."
