Kyler S. Nore, 20, appeared before First Distict Judge Kevin Miller on charges of Theft 2 – Firearm/Explosive, a Class C felony; and Violating Domestic Violence Protective Order, a Class A misdemeanor. The defendant entered guilty pleas. Nore was sentenced to serve 30 days flat with credit for time served, 90 days as a special condition of probation, to pay restitution and court surcharges, and to serve a probation period of 24 months, to be administered by the state Department of Corrections. As part of his plea agreement, nine other charges against Nore were dismissed...
