Laven T. Ritchie, 18, appeared before First District Court Magistrate Judge Christine Ellis on charges of Operating a Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drug and Alcohol and Minor in Possession/Consumption-Habitual, Class A and B misdemeanors, respectively. The defendant pleaded guilty, and as part of his agreement was sentenced to serve 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended.
