Beau J. Radach, 25, appeared before First District Court Judge Kevin Miller on the misdemeanor charge of Harassment 2 – Offensive Physical Contact. The defendant pleaded guilty to the count, and was sentenced to serve 90 days with 80 suspended, make restitution, and pay $100 in surcharges. He has been placed on one year of probation. Two counts of Alcohol Restricted – In Licensed Areas were dismissed.
