After three public meetings held last week and in March, the design team for redevelopment of Wrangell's former Institute property put together a unified proposal. Based on the likes and dislikes put forward about 15 initial draft concepts, the proposal integrates a combination of uses for the 134-acre property, with a residential school campus and senior assisted living center at the northwestern end, surrounded by small- and mid-scale residential arrangements.
