Casey R. Seimears, 34, appeared before First District Court Magistrate Judge Chris Ellis for two misdemeanor charges, Operating a Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs and Driving with License Cancelled/Suspended/Revoked. The defendant pleaded guilty to both offenses, and was sentenced to serve 50 days with 37 suspended.
