Lief C. Bosdell, 19, appeared before First District Court Judge Kevin Miller to face two counts, a class C felony count of Vehicular Theft 1 and a class A misdemeanor charge of Assault 4 – Cause Fear of Injury. He pleaded guilty to these, and 11 further counts – including six Vehicle Theft 1 and three Tamper with Property charges – were dismissed under Rule 11 agreement.
