The youth basketball program hosted by the Wrangell Parks and Recreation Department has been a part of the community for many years, according to Lucy Robinson, who played from fourth through sixth grade. She said that the program is a good opportunity for children to get a good foundation on the basics of basketball while also having lots of fun.
