Bearing the 2014 Hospital Quality Award for Wrangell Medical Center are Director of Nursing Denise McPherson, Quality Improvement Director Sandi Calvert, and Chief Executive Officer Marla Sanger on Monday. WMC was one of only six Alaska hospitals to receive the award this year, the highest possible presented by Mountain-Pacific Quality Health to recognize high-quality care in seven different areas.
