Chrysalis Balansag gets to meet with Santa Claus at Wrangell Head Start's annual Christmas party Saturday afternoon at the SNO Building. Eighteen of the program's 20 children were able to make it, where they decorated snowmen and received a special gift. "Everybody had fun," said Sandy Churchill, the local Head Start director.
