Kim Lane reaches into the turn-barrel for a winning ticket December 12, following the preceding weekend's Jolly Shopping event. Shoppers at participating businesses could stamp cards for the purchases they'd made, which were filled after $50 spent. Filled cards could then be entered for a $500 drawing. The lucky ticket belonged to Vicki Buness-Taylor, who can pick up her prize at the Chamber of Commerce office.
