Nichole R. Webster, 20, appeared on November 7, 2011 before Deputy Magistrate Leanna Splinter and was found guilty of possession, control, or consumption of alcohol by person under the age of 21 and was ordered to pay a fine of $500. The defendant’s driver’s license is revoked for three months. The defendant must complete 48 hours of community work service. The defendant must contact an alcohol counseling program and schedule and evaluation and comply with recommendations. The defendant is placed on probation for one year.
