Valerie R. Nakamra, 36, appeared before Judge Miller and was found guilty of driving under the influence, disorderly conduct-challenge to fight, two counts of violation of conditions of release and is ordered to serve a total of 28 day in jail. The defendant must pay a total of $1750 in fines. The defendant is ordered to contact AICS and complete screening, evaluation and recommended program and pay all costs. The defendant’s driver’s license is revoked for 90 days. The defendant is placed on probation for one year. The charge of criminal mischief was dismissed.

Terry G. Borer, 48, appeared before Judge Miller and was found guilty of alcohol restricted in licensed area, and to have violated his conditions of probation and to have violated his conditions of release and is ordered to serve a total of 35 days. The defendant was fined $450, and placed on probation for two years.

Samone S. Lyons, 23 appeared before Judge Miller and was found guilty of furnishing alcohol to persons under 21 and is fined a total of $350. The defendant is placed on probation for one year. The charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and a second charge of furnishing alcohol to persons under 21 were dismissed.

Jonathan L. Gadd, 18, appeared before Judge Miller and was found guilty of minor in possession and to have violated his probation and is ordered to serve 10 days in jail. The defendant must pay $50 in fines; complete 96 hours of community work service; and contact AICS for screening, evaluation and recommended program. The defendant’s driver’s license is revoked for 185 days. The defendant is placed on probation until his 21 birthday.

Daniel Boon, 62, appeared before Judge Miler and was found guilty of driving under the influence and driving with license cancelled/suspended/revoked and was ordered to serve 3 days; pay fines totaling $2105; and complete 80 hours of community works service. The defendant must contact AICS and complete screening, evaluation and recommended program. The defendant’s driver’s license is revoked for 90 days. The defendant is placed on probation for two years.

Dylan M. Franks, 21, appeared before Judge Miller and was found to have violated his probation and is ordered to serve three days in jail.
