Sitka woman with ties to Wrangell still missing

Lael Grant, a 33-year-old Sitka resident has been missing since Oct. 14. Grant has family ties to the Wrangell area and a $10,000 reward is being offered for information leading to her safe return.
Police and the Sitka Mountain Rescue continue to investigate leads in the whereabouts of a Sitka woman missing since
Oct. 14.
Sitka Police Department Lieutenant Barry Allen said two officers are working full-time on the case, and other officers are also taking part in the effort to find Lael Grant, the 33-year-old mother of two. Sitka Mountain Rescue has also taken part in small searches, and is working closely with detectives, SMR Director Don Kluting said.
