Geoffrey Stutz, 22, appeared before First District Judge Kevin Miller on charges of Furnishing Alcohol To A Person Under 21. The Defendant entered a guilty plea. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 70 days suspended, ordered to pay $200 in fines and surcharges with $100 suspended and placed on probation for one year.
