and any bond posted not
ordered forfeited has been exonerated.

Karl J. Sjodin, 85, appeared before Judicial Officer Chris Ellis on the charge of Driving Under the Influence, a Class A misdemeanor. The defendant pleaded no contest, and was found guilty of the offense. The court ordered Sjodin to serve 30 days with 27 suspended; complete screening, evaluation and treatment with a state-approved agency in Alaska or Washington...
