Patrick Timothy O'Neil, 76, passed away on April 15, 2025, in Wrangell, after a short battle with cancer.
A potluck memorial will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, May 7, at City Park.
He was born on Sept. 5, 1948, in Oregon. He was one of nine children.
Patrick served as a U.S. Marine in Vietnam and many years in the Alaska National Guard. He spent most of his life working in the logging industry, falling timber.
Patrick was proceeded in death by his mother, two brothers and a sister.
He is survived by his three children, Alesa McHolland (Wayne), Ronald O'Neil and Crystal O'Neil (Joe); seven grandkids; five great-grandkids; two brothers and three sisters.
