Bruce L. Levine, 51, appeared before Deputy Magistrate Leanna Splinter and was found guilty of use or display of controlled substance and is ordered to pay fines totaling $300 and is placed on probation for one year.

Jerome E. Bakeberg, 76, appeared before Deputy Magistrate Leanna Splinter and was found guilty of driving under the influence and is ordered to serve 20 days in jail and pay fines totaling $4592.
