Birth: Simpson twins

Makena Grace and Caleb Aaron were born Jan. 24, 2012 in Philomath, Ore., to Marc and Brandy Simpson. Makena weighed 6 lb 6 oz and was 19 1/2 inches long and Caleb weighed 6 lb 10 oz and was 19 1/2 long at birth. Maternal grandparents are Eileen and Spike Smith of Philomath, Ore. Paternal grandparents are Louis Simpson of Sitka and Delores Simpson of Wrangell.
