Tegan Lynn Kuntz was born on April 16, 2013 at Anchorage Medical Center to Shaleen Kuntz. Tegan weighed 5 lbs and 10 ounces at birth and she was 18 1/4 inches long. Maternal grandparents are Traci Davidson and Robert Kuntz. Maternal great grandparents are Diane Ritchie and Bruce Ward, all of Wrangell.
