Wrangell City and Borough Clerk Kim Lane dips into the Chamber of Commerce tumbler Monday to pick out the prizewinner, local resident Kitty Evers, for last weekend's Harvest Fest Sale. From Friday to Sunday, Wrangell shoppers collected stamp cards for use at 23 CofC-member businesses. For every $50 spent, a shopper was eligible to throw in for the $500 grand prize.
