During Wrangell's Little League season opener, Wolverines player Ethan Blatchley takes a swing during a game against the Eagles. Eagles coach Luke Messmer explained the season almost couldn't begin, due to difficulties finding enough volunteers to coach and assist. "It takes a lot of people for the whole league," he said. There was no shortage of kids to play, however.
