Dwight Yancey and Bill Shanks help coworkers guide a new emblem for Wrangell Municipal Light and Power into place outside of the department's shop last week. The line crew decorated the five-ton fly wheel, which along with two pistons comes from a Worthington generator used by the power plant for decades, until the current General Motors models were installed between 2000 and 2003. The painted pieces were dedicated to the late Frank Fields, long the department's superintendent until his retirement in 1995.
